1. Amoeba - 

   
   

   a single-celled animal which catches food and moves about by extending finger-like projections of protoplasm. Amoebas are either free-living in damp environments or parasitic.

   
   

   Hysterical Amoeba's. 

   
   

   "For the body of the hysteric is not his real one, but a body of pure sensation, opening outward like a living animal, a kind of ultra-voracious amoeba that stretches out toward the other, touches him, awakens in him an intense sensation, and feeds on it. To hystericize is to arouse in the other's body a furnace of libido"
