Statement

Through video, photography and installation, my practice explores the fragility and complexities within human relationships, connecting with broad universal themes of gender politics, identity, and self-image. My main focus is inspired by the notion of 'female hysteria', and the stigmas attached to women and their behaviour when dealing with themes that fabricate from romantic relationships, such as love, loss, lust.  Through this, I aim to expose and unravel the vulnerability of human emotion in ways which are both reflective and cathartic.
